In August 1999 the Ottawa Valley Golden Retriever Club hosted the Canadian National Golden Retriever Specialty. The winners were presented with floorcloths instead of standard trophies.
 The Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever Club of Canada used these floorcloths for trophies as well as personalized gifts for the judges in their 2001 National Specialty.
 

Constructed by Lafleur de la Capitale (Vince Jordan), this solid cedar bench has been stained with a water-based transparent outdoor stain, painted with acrylics and finished with Flecto Varathane Diamond Finish Exterior Water-based Polyurethane.
 

These chairs, also constructed by Lafleur de la Capitale, have been painted in preparation for the Canadian Tulip Festival, and resulted in more chairs being painted as custom work.
